Right of withdrawal
For consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB. Businesses have no statutory right of withdrawal.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Forgecraft, Münsterstraße 51, 49525 Lengerich, support@prospect-index.com, +4917661642188) by means of a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below for this purpose, though it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must repay all payments we have received from you without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment.
If you have requested that the service should begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you notify us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, compared with the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal
In the case of a contract for the provision of services, the right of withdrawal expires if we have fully provided the service and only began performing it after you gave your express consent to this and at the same time confirmed your awareness that you would lose your right of withdrawal upon complete performance of the contract by us.
